What goes in the box?
The short answer is anything you want.  We created these boxes to keep ourselves and our children's things organized and safe.  You can store anything from your children's artwork to your household bills, and any other important milestones or documents you want to keep safe and organized. 

I've ordered a box but I need to make changes?
You may change your order within 2 hours of placing your order.  Please email info@boxitokanagan.com with the subject "CHANGE ORDER # (and the order number you were provided at checkout).  You will receive an email confirmation confirming the changes on the order number provided. 

I've ordered a box but I need to cancel it?
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order.  Please email info@boxitokanagan.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER # (and the order number you were provided at checkout).  You will receive an email confirmation confirming the cancellation of the order number provided.  If you wish to let us know why you'd like to cancel your order, we would love to know, but we understand if you do not want to share your reason. 

What if I want to customize my folder tabs?
You can do this! Click on our "Custom Box" and you can customize each label specific to your needs.

I have a box at home already, can I purchase a kit with the components to complete my own box?
We do not sell the components to complete boxes you have purchased yourself. 

Can I purchase extra folders for my box?
Absolutely! Visit our home page and select Add Ons. You'll find folder add on packages, as well as school year interview sheets. 

Do you offer discounts for multiple boxes purchased?
Yes, we do!  With the purchase of 2 or more boxes, you can use discount code 'MULTIPLE5' to receive $5.00 off each box!

How long does it take to receive my box once the purchase is complete?
Our current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.  Boxit Okanagan cannot guarantee delivery times as this is dependent on the location the order is being sent.  Shipping delays from postal services are outside of our control and may affect delivery times. 

Do you ship anywhere in the world?
At this time we ship within Canada and the U.S.A.

What are your shipping rates?
$25.00 flat rate shipping fee for up to 2 boxes. 
$40.00 flat rate shipping fee for up to 4 boxes.
$50.00 flat rate shipping fee for 5 boxes.
These rates apply to all shipments delivered Canada wide.

U.S.A Shipping Rates:
All boxes shipped to the United States will be carrier calculated.  These rates will be calculated at checkout.
If applicable, all duties and taxes charged will be paid by the customer.  

Do you have a local pick-up location?
If you live in the Okanagan or surrounding areas, and wish to pick up your order, we have two locations for local pick-up.  Please select the most convenient location for yourself at checkout - West Kelowna or Lumby.  Please note, it is appreciated that all local pick-up orders be picked up within one week (7 days) of being notified that your order is complete. 

What do I do if I chose local pick-up but I need my box shipped now?
Please email us at info@boxitokanagan.com and we will send you an invoice for the applicable flat rate shipping fee.  Once payment is received, and your box is complete, we will have your box sent our for delivery.

How do I change my shipping address if I've moved?
Easy! Email us at info@boxitokanagan.com.  Provide your order number, along with your new address, and we will update that information so your box is delivered to the new address you have provided. 

My box arrived damaged.  Will you send me a new one?
Yes, we absolutely will.  Please send us a photo of the damaged box to info@boxitokanagan.com and we will happily send you a new box as quickly as possible.
